Refund policy
Read the guide. Try the 30-day plan. If you actually did the work and it didn't help you become the dad you want to be, email us at hello@pdfguidequest.com and we'll refund every dollar.
What we ask before we refund:
- You read the main guide. It's 18 pages — one Sunday afternoon.
- You ran the 30-day connection plan, or at least the first two weeks of it.
- You can tell us in one or two sentences what specifically didn't work for you and your daughter.
If you've done the work and it still didn't move the needle, we'll send the refund the same day you ask.
What we won't refund:
- "I changed my mind" within 24 hours of purchase.
- "I never opened the files" two weeks later.
- "I forgot I bought it."
- Any request made more than 30 days from purchase.
We're not difficult about this. We built this guide for dads who are actually going to try. If you're one of those dads and it didn't work for you, we'll make it right.
A note on chargebacks: If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of just emailing us, we lose more than the cost of your order in bank fees and have to flag the account. Please email us first. We've never said no to a real refund request from a dad who actually did the work.
